Tree Work/Arboriculture
ALLSCAPE has a certified arborist on staff enabling us to perform permit work for ordinance trees and permit work for trees in the right of way. We work with the City Arborist and Urban forestry department of Charlotte for pruning, removal, tree protection during construction, and the installation and or relocation of trees up to 10 inch caliper (90 inch root ball) meeting city guidelines.

Backflow Prevention
ALLSCAPE tests, certifies, repairs and installs domestic, fire and irrigation backflow prevention devices.

Enhancements/Landscape Design and Build
ALLSCAPE has a degreed landscape designer on staff to work with our property managers on landscape enhancement, installation and improvement projects.

Snow Removal
ALLSCAPE manages snow removal for all types of locations. We utilize motorgraders, truck plows, wheel loaders, agriculture tractors with 12 foot blades, skidsteers, compact tractors and backhoes. We work with regional shopping centers, municipalities, 24hour health care facilities along with our contracted grounds management clients.

Tree Farm and Nursery
ALLSCAPE operates its own tree farm and nursery to provide our customers with plant material and trees that meet our expectations while decreasing our clients’ costs.

Concrete Repair and Installation
ALLSCAPE installs and repairs all types of concrete flatwork including walks, drives, dumpster pads, etc. We also remove and reinstall damaged curb and gutter. We can retrofit handicapped ramps to meet Charlotte’s new guidelines and ADA specifications.

Detention Pond & Water Feature Management
ALLSCAPE maintains water features, lakes and detention ponds. We are NCDA licensed to manage aquatics. We dredge detention ponds and can manage vegetation in and around detention ponds to comply with CMUD storm water guidelines.

Segmental Block Retention Wall Systems
ALLSCAPE installs retention walls commonly know as “Keystone” walls. We install many types of systems including aesthetic walls as well as load bearing engineered walls. ALLSCAPE provides turnkey design/construction of segmental block walls. We provide engineering services for the planning and specifications of these walls.

Grading and Drainage
ALLSCAPE handles rough grading projects for site development down to small finish grading issues for runoff control. We install all types of drainage systems including storm water and post construction remediation of water problems on occupied properties.
